Terms of Service

1. The service

Momentum Trainer is a new endurance-training and coaching software product being developed by Nave Dror. PureFlow is Nave Dror's existing sports and wellness product business, focused on nasal strips. Momentum Trainer is separate from PureFlow. Nave Dror also coaches endurance athletes in Israel. The platform lets an athlete plan seasons and workouts, schedule sessions, record completed activities manually or by importing FIT files, and view deterministic training analytics. Features may change, and parts of the product are still under development.

2. Accounts and your responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity performed under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

3. Not medical advice

Training plans, analytics, training-load values and any coaching guidance provided through the service are for informational and athletic purposes only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Consult a qualified physician before starting or changing a training programme, and stop exercising and seek medical help if you feel unwell or experience pain. You train at your own risk.

4. No guaranteed outcome

We do not guarantee any specific fitness, performance, race result or health outcome from using the service.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to access data belonging to other users.
• Do not upload malicious files, or attempt to disrupt, probe or overload the service.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape or resell the service.
• Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

The software, design and content of the service belong to its owner. Your training data belongs to you; you grant us only the permission needed to store and process it in order to provide the service. Garmin, Garmin Connect and related marks are trademarks of their respective owner and are referenced here descriptively only.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, for injury arising from training, or for loss of data.

8. Changes and termination

We may modify or discontinue the service or these terms at any time; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

9. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Operator and data controller: Nave Dror, an Israeli sole proprietor operating the PureFlow business and developing Momentum Trainer. Questions: navedror@pureflowisr.com.
