About
Momentum Trainer is a new endurance-training and coaching software product being developed by Nave Dror. PureFlow is Nave Dror's existing sports and wellness product business, focused on nasal strips. Momentum Trainer is separate from PureFlow. Nave Dror also coaches endurance athletes in Israel. The product was built from the need for a training system that keeps an honest record of what was planned, what was done, and how it felt.
Operator and data controller: Nave Dror, an Israeli sole proprietor operating the PureFlow business and developing Momentum Trainer.
The product is built around multi-sport endurance training: running, cycling and swimming, alongside strength, mobility, recovery and rest sessions scheduled as simple sessions.
Implemented capabilities
- Seasons, goals and races, training blocks and per-week, per-sport targets
- Structured running, cycling and swimming workouts with a reusable, versioned workout library
- Calendar scheduling (Sunday–Saturday) with immutable prescriptions and resolved intensity zones
- Completed activities with subjective feedback (RPE, feeling, fatigue, soreness, motivation)
- Secure manual logging and FIT file import, parsed server-side with the official Garmin FIT SDK
- Planned-versus-actual comparison of duration, distance and pace
- Deterministic training analytics, including Session-RPE training load
- Architecture designed for future multi-athlete coaching (separate user and athlete identities, role-based access)

- Garmin Connect API integration (planned, pending official approval)
- Nutrition and fueling tracking
- AI coaching recommendations
- Coach dashboards for managed athletes
Garmin
Garmin integration is planned and pending official approval. Momentum Trainer has no Garmin API access today, and this project is not affiliated with, certified by, partnered with or endorsed by Garmin. Activity data is currently added manually or by uploading a FIT file that you export yourself.
